WAGGGS Activity, 24 February 2023

 Hi Guides!

For today’s 集合, the Year 1s and Year 2s did Badgework while the Year 3s and Year 4s did WAGGGS. Towards the end of the 集合, we also had Mass Games with the entire 团!

Badgework

Dental Health Badge
The Year 1s and Year 2s had to complete their Dental Health Badge where they had to learn about the different parts and functions of the teeth, followed by the importance of good nutrition, then free sugars and lastly they had to make a dental health poster.

Reflection from a Year 1 in P4:

During the Dental Health Badgework, the Year 2s and Year 1s worked together and took down notes about dental care. As our senior explained the slides, we had to copy the words on the slides as fast as we could. Since we had to work fast, we had to shorten sentences and write quickly.

Besides carrying out teamwork with our patrol mates, we have gained more external knowledge on dental health too! For example, we learned that the root canal is a passageway that contains pulp, cementum covers the tooth's root, and the periodontal ligament has both nerves and blood vessels and connects the teeth to the tooth sockets. More examples include the anatomical crown, which is the top part of the teeth that is usually the only part of the teeth you can see, as well as dentin, a layer of mineralized tissue below the enamel. These are things that we have learned that are new to us.

There are also many ways to protect our dental health. Using dental floss removes food particles and plaque between teeth. However, vigorous flossing with the floss holder can cause soft tissue damage and bleeding. Floss should also be used twice daily after brushing your teeth. Mouth rinses are therapeutic rinses, and they play a part in reducing bad breath. Rinsing should also be done after brushing your teeth. Tongue cleaners are designed to prevent the build-up of fungi and food debris from the tongue related to bad breath.

We also got to know what kinds of food are harmful or beneficial to our dental health. Foods like biscuits, chocolates flavoured yoghurts and fizzy drinks contained added sugar. In contrast, foods like honey, maple syrup, golden nectars, natural fruit and vegetable juices as well as smoothies contain free sugars. Free sugars are not easy to find. If it is found naturally in milk, fruits and vegetables, it does not count as free sugar. Sugar can cause cavities because it can make processed food and highly acidic drinks eat away at your tooth enamel, which causes cavities. This can be avoided if you brush your teeth on a regular basis. While reducing products you consume with added sugar, it is also vital to focus on good nutrition and healthy teeth goals by simply eating healthy foods that promote good oral health.

During this 集合, we also learnt some cheers. As we were working on our posters, the various patrols would break out into loud cheers, igniting a spark of competitiveness between all the patrols. While cheering with my friends and seniors, I felt a sense of pride for my patrol.

Reflection from a Year 2 in P6:

During 集合 last week, we did Badgework. We did the Accident Prevention and Dental Health Badge with the Year 1s in our patrols. We had to design and make a poster on dental health based on the information the seniors gave us. I learned the importance of teamwork as there was a lot of information from the slides that we had to copy down so that we could use them for our poster. We allocated each person in the patrol to copy down certain parts of the slides as we had limited time to copy the information and we would not be able to finish copying all the information in time if we did not work together. After copying all the information, we started working on the poster. Our sense of urgency could have been improved when we did the poster, even though the activity was a more relaxed one. We should work even faster after a time extension is given and not take our own sweet time to complete our tasks. Even as some of us were doing the accident prevention quiz, I think the rest of us could have focused on the poster and not get distracted so easily. Working on two activities at one time allowed us to practice multitasking. Multitasking allows us to be quicker and more efficient throughout the activity, increases our performance and the number of tasks completed and increases productivity. I learnt that when the tasks to be done are organised and carried out correctly, the volume of work that can be taken on increases and we would have a better reaction when given complex tasks. We cheered and 报时-ed and encouraged the year ones to do the same. They were quite shy but all of them tried to 报时 and cheer at least once during Badgework.

Accident Prevention Badge

To earn this badge, Year 1s and Year 2s have to know and where possible, demonstrate how to guard against accidents when using gas electrical appliances, kerosene stoves, naked lights and open fires. They should also know what special precautions to take in the house with children and the elderly. Besides that, they are also required to know at least 3 different ways of preventing accidents in the toilet, when using public transport, interacting with animals, in high-rise buildings and in the kitchen. Lastly, they are required to know what special precautions to take outdoors with regard to wire mesh during gadget-making, poisonous plants, storms, flash floods and other hazards from animals.

Reflection from a Year 1 in P6:

During the Accident Prevention Badge, I learnt a lot of things. Firstly, when we were asked about the general knowledge about general knowledge on accident prevention, I realised that in order to stay safe, we have to pay attention to our surroundings to prevent ourselves from getting hurt. Secondly, I learnt about the many hazards that exist and ways we can prevent them from happening. I realised that I did not recognise some of the hazards and am grateful that I know more hazards now. A few things I learnt, are to be attentive when there are children in a room- in this case, keep sharp objects away from them, cover the edge of sharp corners etc. Another safety hazard I learnt is that in high-rise buildings, do not lean over the corridor or fence, and be clear of the evacuation plan in the case a fire occurs. When answering the questions, we were actually doing the Dental Health poster at the same time, which makes it slightly more challenging especially when the time was limited. Hence, my group decided to split up and take turns answering the questions, and take turns designing the poster. I also enjoyed our teamwork as we helped each other by finishing each other's sentences, and elaborating more on what each other said. I also remembered us doing cheers and that made the atmosphere more lively and it made me realise the strong connection among everyone in Girl Guides. One thing I thought we could have done better was our time management. In the beginning, we chat about our school work while we were doing our poster, so we got a little distracted and had to rush slightly towards the end as we were answering the questions and doing the poster at the same time. In conclusion, I had a really fun time doing this activity as we got to learn more about safety and accident prevention, at the same time bond with our patrol mates and allow me to understand more about what we do in Girl Guides.

Reflection from a Year 2 in P2:

On Friday, we did Badgework for World Thinking Day. The Year 2s did the Dental Badge and Accident Prevention Badge. For the Accident Prevention Badge, the In Charge (IC)s would go around while we were working on our poster for the dental badge and ask us a few questions about how we can prevent accidents from happening. One of the questions they asked was "What to do when you spot wild animals.” When the ICs asked the questions, I realised that I do not know much about how to prevent accidents from happening and I should learn more about accident prevention. They asked many questions related to safety around children and old people in various places, such as asking what safety precautions we should take to prevent them from falling down or getting injured in the kitchen, most of which I did not know the answer to. It was then I realised that I should read up more on the Guides notes as I did not know how to answer many of the questions that my senior had asked me. So I will definitely read up more so that when accidents happen, I will know what to do. I honestly think that accident prevention is super important as it allows us to know what we should do when there is an accident. Through this activity, I was able to talk to my batchmates and Year 1s a lot so I could bond with my patrol mates and get to know a lot more about our new Year 1s. I have learnt a lot about accident prevention through this activity and also grown closer to my friends. Overall, I think that this will be very useful in my everyday life and I will try to put it to use as soon as possible.

WAGGGS

This Year, our theme is “Our World, Our Peaceful Future”. The theme will be illustrated through a story while Guides go through the activities. In 2023, we continue the second year of our three-year journey for Girl Guides and Girl Scouts to become environmentally conscious leaders. Each year we are building on this environmental theme and exploring the links between the environment and other global concerns. This year we are considering how we can learn from and work with nature to create a more peaceful and secure future for girls everywhere. Building on an understanding of the role climate change plays in disrupting global peace and security, we will focus on what we can learn from the environment to create a balanced and peaceful world.

Activity 1: Use Your Senses To Connect With The World

For this activity, Guides walked around the General Science Lab area. Next, they spread out and sat quietly with your patrol, and focused on the world around them. They then had to choose a specific sense, either sight, smell, touch, taste, or hearing, and spend a minute observing nature through that sense. Afterwards, Guides had to share with each other what they observed and how it made them feel.

Reflection from a Year 3 in P1:

On the 集合 on 24 February, the Year 1s and 2s went to do their Badgework. The Year 4s and we had to use our senses to connect with the nature around us as the theme for World Thinking Day this year was “Our World, Our Peaceful future” which encourages us to take action against climate change. In order to understand how important nature is, we had to use our senses to properly appreciate nature’s beautiful gifts. We sat around in a circle on the grass. I used all my senses and focused so that I could properly connect with nature. When I calmed myself down, I could feel the wind and smell the grass that I wouldn’t otherwise notice due to my busy lifestyle in a country like Singapore. I also chatted with my patrol mates and realised that if the ecosystem is crippled, everyone’s everyday life could be changed and we might not be able to peacefully sit around our friends in nature and chat anymore. I knew that Singapore used to be a rainforest full of plants and animals, and thought it was sad how most of them disappeared. However, it was compulsory for living space, and Singapore is already putting in quite some effort. Then, I thought about the things I could do to further contribute to slowing down climate change. For example, I could choose not to use plastics and too much paper, and turn off the air conditioner at night. Nature is very important and dear to us, and we should do our best to protect this earth that we live in. Even though we are just one person, if we work together, we can protect the beautiful greenery, the smell of plants, the soothing breeze, and the pleasant chirping of the birds I experienced during 集合.

Reflection by a Year 4 in P1:

I enjoyed the Use Your Senses To Connect With The World activity very much. During the activity, my patrol went to a grassy spot in school to observe the different flora and fauna. We spent a few minutes there, looking for interesting plants and insects. There was a tall tree and we all stretched our hands as high as we could to reach the lowest branch, which I found was a fun small activity. We also observed various flowers of different sizes and colours, a casuarina tree, and even a miniature bamboo forest. Although we did not see many animals, there were also some pigeons, mynahs and sparrows flying around and squawking. I find it intriguing that a simple green area was able to offer a home for so many different wildlife species. This activity allowed my patrol mates and me to be more aware of the nature around us, which we would not have paid much attention to in our daily school life whenever we walk past the grassy spots in our school. From the Use Your Senses To Connect With The World activity, I gained a deeper appreciation for nature, as I realised how the little green spaces in my school had brought so much vibrancy to the dull concrete buildings of our school. Walking about, and sitting in, the grassy spot was really a great eye-opener. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to be amongst nature with my patrol, enjoying the peace and tranquillity that nature brings to us. After this activity, I am inspired to take time each day to observe the nature around me and appreciate the flora and fauna that fills our world. I am also more encouraged to do more to protect nature, as I have felt how important nature is to our world.

Activity 2:  Music All Around Us

In this activity, Guides will connect with the natural world and explore the peaceful harmonies of nature by making music. Guides will have to sit in their patrols and think of a short message as a group that expresses their thoughts and feelings. Then, Guides have to think of their favourite sound in nature and share them with their patrol. Guides will use the natural resources around them such as sticks, pebbles and leaves, and place them in their plastic bottle to make their very own musical instrument.

Reflection by a Year 3 in P3:

During this activity, we used our creativity to come up with music. We started off by making our very own musical instruments, by putting objects that we found on the ground like twigs, leaves and even sand into plastic bottles. Then, we created our own music by hitting and shaking the bottles on the ground to make a rhythm. I feel that the activity was very calming and enjoyable as we got to express our creativity by working together to create a music piece. Not only that, but this activity also allowed us to become closer to nature as we made use of what nature produced to make beautiful music, showing just how much nature provides and why we should appreciate its beauty. Therefore, by appreciating nature and interacting with it, we learnt the importance of protecting our natural environment and saving it from further harm. Nature provides us with many things that we take for granted, hence all of us should step up and help the environment to the best of our ability. We can even start with small steps first. For example, stop littering, pick up any trash that is around our area and using less water and energy. Gradually, we can move our family by motivating them to do the same to play a part in saving the environment. We can advocate for the environment further by volunteering to join Values In Action (VIA) projects that aim to clean our community. By starting small, I think that we can all help to contribute to the natural environment that provides so much for us. Slowly, these little acts of appreciation for the environment will become a habit and more and more people will be inspired to save our environment. From then on, greater steps can be taken, and one can even go on to take part in larger-scale environmental campaigns, or organise one themselves! Nature is a crucial part of our lives, as we live in this very environment, and are solely responsible for it. Therefore, everyone has a part to play in keeping nature clean and green, as only then can we truly experience everything that nature has to offer.

Reflection by a Year 4 in P2:

For the activity called "Music All Around Us" We were required to listen to the sounds of nature around us, as well as use those to create music and a specific rhythm based on the sounds that we hear. There was quite some noise as there were other students in the area we were in, but some of the sounds that we were able to hear were the rustling of leaves, the hitting of branches and even the sounds of some bugs. With the plastic bottles that we brought to school from our own homes, we managed to make different types of "instruments" and come up with a rhythm. Some Guides placed leaves in their bottles and shook them to make them sound like maracas, and some used their empty bottles as well as sticks found on the ground to hit and make a beat, just like a drum. I was able to fill my bottle with water and blew at the top of the bottle to make a note. This activity allowed us to unleash our creativity as we were unable to use any other materials other than those around us, which allowed us to think outside of the box much more than we usually do in our CCA sessions. After we thought of our instruments, each patrol also performed to the company. One of the patrols performed the cup song, which was a very familiar song to all of us, and we all enjoyed it. Some other patrols also made use of the environment around them such as the drains and their own musical instruments at the name time to make their own rhythm. I really enjoyed this activity as it not only encouraged me to be more creative, it allowed me to appreciate the nature around us and bond with my patrol mates.

Activity 3: Create Your Own Garden

For this activity, Guides had to make origami flowers to appreciate what nature provides for us. Guides followed the videos shown to make their very own lotus and tulip flowers!

Reflection by a Year 3 in P3:

On 24 February’s 集合, the Year 1s and Year 2s went to do their Badgework while the Year 3s and Year 4s did World Association of Girl Guides & Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) activities. I was curious to find out what we brought origami paper for. Turns out, we were going to fold origami flowers. Each person had to fold two origami flowers. However, after a long time, we still did not understand the instructions on the website. Even if we tried our best to follow the instructions, we still got very different results from what was expected. The original time provided was not sufficient for us to understand the instructions, and hence we asked for a time extension. However, we still did not manage to make much progress and continued to fold our origami flowers incorrectly. The result was still different from other patrols, some who had successfully folded the flowers and others who were also struggling. After asking for a second time extension, we looked at the instructions again and finally found out what went wrong. We proceeded to refold every origami flower. Even then, we still only folded one origami flower each. After quickly folding our second origami flower, we 集合-ed with our flowers. We labelled the origami flowers with our patrol before giving them to the seniors. The seniors then took a photo of all the origami flowers folded. The origami flowers were all of various sizes and shapes and this further enhanced the beauty of the flowers. Through this activity, we got to appreciate nature more. The activity showed how flowers enhanced the beauty of nature and how we should all do our part to protect this glorious nature. This activity also bonded us together as a patrol while we tried to understand the instructions and taught each other how to fold the origami flowers. In the end, I felt that the results were worth our efforts as the origami flowers we folded as a whole 团 were really pretty.

Reflection by a Year 4 in P1:

This year’s WAGGGS theme – “Our World, Our Peaceful Future” – taught us the role that climate change is increasingly playing in disrupting global peace and security. Climate change is a rapidly growing problem that affects everyone around the world, whether we know it or not. Climate change would bring about many harmful impacts on our environment, like more turbulent and unpredictable weather, hotter temperature and loss of different wildlife species, which contradicts the theme “Our World, Our Peaceful Future.”. And one of the main causes of climate change is deforestation. By cutting down an excessive amount of trees, we are removing one of the carbon sinks on the planet and creating a surplus of carbon in the atmosphere, which is bad for the environment due to the greenhouse effect. Through the “Create Your Own Garden” Activity, my patrol and I had a chance to experience what it was like to “rebuild” the forests after it was deforested and undo some of the negative impacts we have made on this world which led to climate change. Not only did I manage to do something different and interesting with our juniors, but I also managed to realize that protecting the environment around us is a very important thing to do. I managed to realize the harm that simple things we do in our daily lives, like using an unnecessary amount of paper or just using one side of the paper before throwing it away, can bring to our surroundings. My patrol and I also talked about what we could do to slow down the rate of climate change and make a positive impact on the world. Also, my realization has not only inspired me to strive towards the goal of “Our World, Our Peaceful Future.”, but also spread awareness about this goal we have and encourage my friends and family to strive towards this goal too.

Mass Games

Each patrol will start with a different number of 白绳s, the goal of the game is for each patrol to end up with only 6 白绳s. Guides can earn 白绳s by completing tasks and they have to communicate with each other to decide which patrols require the specific missions. Mass games can promote inter-patrol and inter-batch bonding and interact with each other.

Reflection from a Year 1 in P2:

For the 24 February 结合, we 集合-ed back at GSL level 1 to play Mass Games. We were given 12 minutes to play a Mass Game to collect 3 白绳.  The six patrols were randomly given different numbers of 白绳 ranging from one to five. The game required us to complete challenges given by Kayleigh and Julia to earn 白绳. At the end of the game, all the patrols must end up with 6 白绳. Fortunately, P2 got 3 白绳s. Since some patrols got more 白绳 than others at the start, we needed to help other patrols get 白绳 to pass to them after the game. For one of the challenges, Kayleigh asked us to recite the Guides law. As the Year 1s were still not familiar with the Guides law, Natalie recited it to us so we had a rough idea of it. Though we were not synchronised while reciting the Guides law, Kayleigh went easy on us and let us have the 白绳.  In the end, we successfully collected 6 白绳 as our kind seniors helped us and we passed the challenge! However, we did not have time to get more 白绳 for other teams. Before the game ended, the Year 2s in our patrol taught us a song called " My Bonnie". We also learnt a new cheer and even got the opportunity to cheer loudly and confidently. Additionally, we learnt how to 报时, and tried it out too! After the Mass game, we had a chat with Kayleigh about the Mass Game. Overall, we learnt that we have to memorise the Guides law to avoid confusion in the future, and also learnt the importance of teamwork, working together as one to achieve a common goal is vital in completing the task effectively and quickly. This memorable Mass Game will forever be etched in our minds as it was fun and exciting, strengthening the bonds with our patrol members, thus learning more about each other and forging friendships as well! We hope that we will be fortunate enough to have another such opportunity to have another Mass Games!

Reflection from a Year 2 in P5:

During last week's 集合, we played Mass Games after our Badgework and WAGGGS activities. We were given 12 minutes to play. The rules were interesting as we had never played the game before.

All patrols would be given 0 to 5 白绳and they would have to complete many different tasks to get more 白绳. In the end, all patrols are supposed to end up with 6 白绳, so the patrols who received lesser 白绳 at first would have to complete more challenges, while the patrols who received more 白绳 did not need to complete as many challenges. Hence, the seniors challenged us on how we would plan to split the 白绳 among each patrol fairly.

For Patrol 5, we received 5 白绳. We felt very lucky to receive 5 白绳. However, we still wanted to complete the challenges. Our patrol chose to complete the challenge where we would receive 3 additional 白绳 as we wanted to challenge ourselves. We completed a challenge which is to answer the question that Julia asked with a completely irrelevant answer. It was interesting and we managed to get 3 more 白绳.

Although we only completed one challenge, it was still fun. We gave some of them to other patrols so that they could get 6 白绳.

Overall, it was a very interesting and new game for us and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was also nice to see the whole 团 playing the mass games and cheering loudly to boost our morale. We learnt to have better teamwork as we were all relying on each other to answer the questions correctly to receive the reward. Although the time for the game was short, it was still refreshing as some of the questions were related to our Guides Notes, which enabled us to recall and answer the question.

Reflection from a Year 3 in P1:

I think we all found last Friday’s Mass Game rather unique as it had a little twist. Most of the time during 集合s, we only work with the people in our patrol and rarely have to communicate and coordinate with other patrols unless we are asking for time extension. This Mass Games thus served to remind us that we are a whole 团 and all of us are indispensable. At the start, we were each given a different number of 白绳s ranging from 0-5 and we had to do tasks to obtain 6 白绳s in total for each patrol. Moreover, besides the different ‘starting points’, we were also spaced apart, which made it harder to communicate. This proved itself a challenge as in the beginning, the whole situation was rather chaotic. We only asked the patrols nearer to us how many 白绳s did they have and everyone’s screams were overriding one another. Furthermore, we all rushed to do the challenges when only two patrols could do the challenges at any point in time. As such, the whole situation was very messy but I think we all calmed down and communicated more afterwards. We did this by having an order for patrols to do their challenges and also asking the patrols what tasks they did so we could sort out which were the ‘easier’ ones. One task I found particularly interesting was that we had to give 3 praises to the person on our right. On a usual day-to-day basis, I think we often notice but never speak out about the good things people do or particularly good traits like being optimistic. We also do not often slow down and appreciate everyone’s contribution to our patrol and the 团. Therefore, I found this activity to be rather meaningful and also allowed everyone to feel a sense of validation and encouragement, something we should do more often. In the end, I still think we did quite a good job despite not completing the challenge as everyone has 6 and below 白绳 meaning that we did help the patrols with lesser 白绳 and did not just hog them. If we were to redo it, we should definitely have a better order for the challenges and also be more efficient.

Hope everyone had fun today!

Skills Training, 17 February 2023

 Hi Guides!

For today’s 集合, Year 2s and Year 3s had a Treasure Hunt. After that, our new Year 1s joined us and we played Pictionary and had Lash Training!

Treasure Hunt

Guides have to find their missing 配备 logistics in the Treasure Hunt and they will need to travel to as many stations as possible as a patrol to obtain all the logistics needed in 50 minutes.

Station 1: Creative Shelter

In this station, Guides have to use their surroundings and the provided logistics to build a shelter in 5 minutes. This station aims for Guides to express their creativity and be resourceful.

Reflection from a Year 2 in P1:

On Friday, we had 50 minutes to play different Stations Games around the school in order to get our 配备 logistics back. One of the stations we had to complete was the Creative Shelter station. For this station, we had to make do with our surroundings, and the minimal logistics we had to build a shelter for a rainstorm in 5 minutes. Some of the logistics we had were 2 ponchos, some Gadgeting poles and 白绳. So, my patrol came up with an idea and decided to use the 2 ponchos we had and tie them together. Then, we tied the four ends of the ponchos to the railing of the staircase and used a Gadgeting pole to support the structure in the middle. In the end, we managed to quickly build this structure in around 3 minutes. However, one thing that I think our patrol could have improved on was the tightness of our shelter. Our patrol could have probably tied the ponchos around the staircase railings tighter such that the ponchos would be taut and would be able to withstand rainfall, in the event that we happen to encounter one. All in all, this station allowed us to use our creativity and think of ways to build a structure with our surroundings and the minimal logistics we had, as well as to work together and bond as a patrol.

Reflection from a Year 3 in P1:

For the 集合 on the 17th of February, we played Station Games that were stationed around level 1 of the school and level 2 of the Year 3 and 4 blocks. For the first station, had to build a Creative Shelter to shelter our logistics from a strong thunderstorm, using the logistics we had, being the ponchos and the Gadget Poles, as well as make use of our surroundings. As the station was located near doors and a staircase, my patrol thought of many ways we could creatively make use of the surroundings. In the end, we decided to attach the ends of the ponchos to the railings of the staircase and put our logistics under it. We finished it quite fast, and we felt quite proud. However, the poncho seemed to be sinking downwards due to the angle we tied the ends to the railings. During the debrief, we also noticed that the opening in the poncho where the head was supposed to go was supposed to be tied up and face outside. Ours, however, was facing inwards. We understood that this may cause water to enter and collect water. As our structure was sinking down, it may collect water in an actual thunderstorm and collapse. We should have thought more about where we built it and anticipated these problems. On the bright side, from this experience, my patrol learnt a lot about what to look out for when building a Creative Shelter.

Station 2: First Aid

In this station, Guides will have to treat a head injury, sprained ankle and fractured elbow. Guides will be able to recap their First Aid knowledge and improve their communication skills.

Reflection from a Year 2 in P1:

For the 17 February 集合, we were given 50 minutes to play some Station Games to get back our logistics, and then we welcomed the Year 1s to our CCA. For the second station of the Station Games, we had to help an injured patrol mate who had a head injury, an elbow injury, and an ankle injury, and we had to tie the different types of bandages on them. We decided that in order to get the bandages done faster, we should split up the work. While tying the bandages, we realised that many of us should brush up more on our Guides Knowledge, and especially our first aid knowledge, as it was mostly our Year 3s tying the bandages. We also could have had a better sense of urgency, as we would have to be fast when providing First Aid to an injured person. We also learnt that, our ankle bandage, was supposed to be tied in a figure-of-eight way, even though we should have known that already from before. In the end, our ankle bandage was not tight enough, as our Year 4 senior who we tied the bandages on said that it was extremely loose. Our head bandage was also not quite correct and was extremely loose as well. For the head bandage, the Station Master had to show us how to tie it. Overall, from this station, I leant how to tie the bandages and that tying them tight was important. I also realised that I should revise more on my Guides Notes, so that I can contribute next time.

Reflection from a Year 3 in P4:

For Friday’s 集合, we had a Treasure Hunt consisting of multiple stations that we had to find around the school. For the First-Aid station, we would earn our First-Aid Pouch (FAP) and Survival Kit to put in our 配备 after completion. We did not have much time left by the time we arrived so this station was a little rushed. The story was that our Year 4 senior had fallen into a pond and had a sprained ankle, head injury and fractured arm. Three people in my patrol attended to one of the injuries each. We actually worked very fast and were done in a few minutes, which we were all proud of. However, we had done the head bandage in reverse order, and later the senior told us that the bandage was supposed to wrap under the chin first before going around the head. We also were reminded that the ankle bandage did not need to be started with a knot. This was actually quite an enjoyable station, but I think we definitely need to work on and practice our First-Aid skills more, which were not exactly up to standard.

Overall this was a great way to revise these skills together with my patrol mates as we helped one another out throughout the station.

Station 3: Signal Fire

In this station, Guides have to use the 木麻黄 provided to light up a signal fire and sustain it for 3 minutes. Guides can revise their signal fire knowledge in this station and the Year 3s can also teach the Year 2s this new knowledge.

Reflection from a Year 2 in P2:
During Friday's 集合, as part of the station games, we had to build a signal fire. We sort of did it together with P5. Before we started building the fire, we had to list out the steps to build a signal fire. However, although we stated the steps correctly, we were completely clueless when it came to actually building the fire. We arranged the 原子炉 wrongly and the Year 4s had to step in. We also did not know how to light it and ignorantly wet the 木麻黄. Because of that, the signal fire would not light. This would not have happened if we had read up on the Guides notes properly before 集合 as we were told to do so. We think that we still remain largely ignorant of most of the things in the Guides notes. Especially since the Y1s have joined us, we think it is even more important that we are clear on the contents of the Guides notes. In the future, when told to do so we will read up more thoroughly on the Guides notes and familiarise ourselves with them. This activity helped us to bond with our patrol and also learn more about the basic skills that we are required to learn in Guides.

Reflection from a Year 3 in P5:

During last Friday's 集合, we were tasked to light a signal fire. We started off quite slowly as we were unfamiliar with the steps on how to light a signal fire, thus we had to discuss among our patrol. When we finally remembered the steps and explained them to the seniors, we were allowed to start lighting our signal fire. We started by wetting the newspaper and placing 3 原子炉s on it, forming a triangular shape. Following that, we put dry 木麻黄 into the 3 原子炉s. Then, we used the matches to try and light the fire. We ensured that everyone in our patrol had a chance to try lighting the fire, and we kept our patrol morale high by cheering constantly and loudly. It was difficult in trying to maintain the fire and we could not hold it for 3 minutes.

We could have improved by 报时-ing more as we had to be reminded multiple times by the seniors. Overall, it was definitely a fun experience as it is not often that we get to light signal fires, although we have some areas for improvement, like reading the Guides Notes more to familiarise ourselves with how to light a signal fire.

Station 4: Guides Knowledge, Survival Skills

In this station, Guides will have to find post-it notes on Guides Knowledge and survival skills and answer them. This station aims at revising Guides Knowledge and survival skills.

Reflection from a Year 2 in P3:

On 17 February, before the Year 1s came in, we had Station Games. The thing that was special about this Station Games was that we did not know the location of the stations, and we just attempted any station we could find. By completing a station, we could obtain items from our 配备. We managed to find 3 stations within the time limit of 50 minutes, and the last station we went to was Station 4, testing us on Guides Knowledge. First, we needed to look for post-it notes hidden around the area. There were 10 post-it notes in total, but we only needed to answer 5 correctly. We found 7 post-it notes within a short period of time. There were post-it notes testing us on survival skills, trekking signs, and the Guides Code. We were very familiar with the Guides Code and managed to solve it easily, which was great. We struggled slightly with survival skills, even though we managed to get the answers in the end. We had answered 5 post-it notes already, but since we had time left, the station master decided to test us on the post-it notes related to trekking signs. However, we were not very familiar with them, serving as a reminder to revise our Guides Notes. We still managed to obtain the items from our 配备 but we could definitely revise more on our Guides Notes in the future.

Reflection from a Year 3 in P6:

Last Friday, we had a treasure hunt for our 配备 logistics. At the Guides Knowledge station, we had to find 5 post-it notes out of 12 at that location with trekking signs or questions on it to obtain our 2 newspapers and our bag of 白绳. We found the post-it notes behind doors and pillars. One of the post-it notes we found asks us about the importance of food. We could remember that food was important in ensuring survival, however, we took a while to remember that food could also increase morale. Other than that question, the rest of the post-its we found were on trekking signs. The trekking signs that we were tested for were today’s midnight, 快,由此路前进, field and help. However, we were unable to remember the trekking sign for help and instead found another post-it with the trekking sign for field answered Becky, the station’s IC. Hence, I feel that we could have revised the Guides notes more and be more familiar with them. In this station, we did not 照顾好人照顾好东西. We let three water bottles and 配备 to be kapped. This was unacceptable as the Year 1s were going to join the CCA after the treasure hunt. Through this entire trasure hunt for our logistics, we learnt to have a higher sense of urgency when moving from one location to another as we did not know where the stations were but sill had to finish the stations in 50 minutes. Moreover, we could not ask for any time extension.

Station 5: Pioneering

In this station, Year 2s must tie 1 diagonal lash within 5 minutes and Year 3s must tie 2 square lashes within 6 minutes. This station aims to train Guides to tie lashes within standard timing and good standards.

Reflection from a Year 2 in P4:

During the Pioneering Station, the Year 2s were assigned to tie diagonal lashes and Year 3s were assigned to tie 2 square lashes. At first, we (the Year 2s) each took two 白木 and started to tie the diagonal lashes, but realised that we should be following the Year 3s, who only took 4 白木 to tie the 2 diagonal lashes, which used less 木. So we quickly put down a few of the 白木 and started tying the lashes. I think we should have had a better sense of urgency so that we could have done everything quickly, as we wasted some time placing some of the 木 back. I also think another thing we should have improved on was to plan out who to 重记 the timing, as there were multiple timings. We only assigned one of our batch mates to 记时 and thus made our 报时 less constant, and thus we had to be constantly reminded to. Our sense of urgency was also not meeting the standard. I think we should have also taken less time to tie the lashes, as we had to ask for time extension in order to complete our lashes, which should not have been the case as they are basic lashes and should be tied within the standard timing or even less.

Reflection from a Year 3 in P3:

On 17 February, Friday, we had station games. One of the stations was Pioneering, in which each patrol had to tie different lashes to attach a few 青木 together. Each Year 2 had to tie a Diagonal Lash in 5 minutes, while each Year 3 had to tie 2 Square Lashes in 6 minutes. Throughout the activity, we had to first check for ways the 青木 could be attached together, such that it included all the lashes that needed to be tied. We cheered constantly to boost morale and 报时-ed to keep track of time, and ensure we did not 过时. Most of us managed to complete the lashes in standard timing, though some took longer due to having a lengthier string. This resulted in them taking a larger time to 绕, hence this could be avoided by having a greater sense of urgency should a longer string be picked. Overall, the activity was fun and enriching, as I learnt the importance of tying within standard timing, as it ensures we work at a greater speed and do not waste time that would otherwise be used more efficiently. I also learnt the importance of choosing the correct 麻绳, as picking the wrong one might cause delays. For example, picking a too thin 麻绳 might cause it to snap halfway, causing one to have to redo the entire process. Picking a too long 麻绳 might also cause one to spend an overly long time 绕-ing the 绳.

Station 6: Fireman’s Ladder

In this station, Guides will flip the Fireman’s Ladder.

Reflection from a Year 2 in P3:

When we first saw the Fireman’s Ladder (FML) on the ground, there were mixed reactions. Some of us went "oh no" while others said they were not going to flip. Meanwhile, I responded with excitement. Unfortunately, before we could even lift up the FML, a drizzle interrupted us, and we had to move indoors. After several relocations, we finally could start flipping in an area with a ceiling that was high enough. I flipped first, but once I flipped, I knew that something was wrong. Even though I had been able to reach the second spar from the first one, I felt my arm getting pulled when I vaulted over. The FML structure’s second spar was tied too high up, causing the spars to be too far apart. This resulted in difficulties flipping over and would also increase hazards, so we had to 重抽. By the time we finished adjusting the spars and 重抽-ing, we had long exceeded the time allotted for the station and had to move on to the next one. Before we left the station, we had to choose a forfeit for our failure to ”照顾好人,照顾好东西. Evidently, we had overlooked our other logistics such as water bottles and 配备 when we relocated and had caused the station masters trouble as they had to bring our logistics over for us.  In conclusion, it was an extremely eventful station game! We were reminded of the importance of being responsible, and also that communication was vital to progress.

Reflection from a Year 3 in P5:

Last Friday's 集合, we had Station Games before inviting the Year 1s into our company. While Ms Chang gave them a lecture on Guides, we were given fifty minutes for Station Games. Us, Patrol 5, and Patrol 2 travelled together to the Fireman's Ladder station. As our seniors have not finished building the ladder, the person in charge of that station instructed us to do physical training instead. We had to do two minutes of wall sit as well as twenty jumping jacks and fifteen burpees. We did the station together with Patrol 2. We started off with jumping jacks which honestly were much more tiring than I had expected them to be. Then, we had wall sit. I struggled a lot during the wall sit section. I wanted to give up halfway but persevered on. We finally completed it. However, we did not do the fifteen burpees. Instead, as the seniors have completed the Fireman's Ladder, one Year 2 and one Year 3 from each patrol were to flip. We had 3 minutes. We spent a lot of time deciding on who to flip, as a result, only one Year 3 could flip. I have learnt to have a better sense of urgency and build up my physical strength.

Lash Training

Guides will teach the new Year 1s some lashes we tie in CCA. They will also use this time to know each other better and bond with one another.

Reflection from a Year 2 in P6:

We had a Treasure Hunt last Friday during 集合. We could only get the logistics in the 配备 when we finished the stations. One of the stations was Pioneering Lash Training. The Year 3s had to tie square lash and the Year 2s had to tie 1 diagonal lash within 6 minutes. We did not manage to finish our lashes as a patrol so we did not get our bag of 麻绳. We learnt the importance of working together as a patrol as it will affect our overall performance greatly. Our lashes could have been tighter and tied faster, even though most of them were finished within the standard timings. We were reminded multiple times to 报时 as we were too focused on our lashes. No time extensions were given for any of the stations as we had to be back in time before the Year 1s came. This made us work faster with a greater sense of urgency as we would not be able to get our logistics if we did not finish the station. Our 照顾好人, 照顾好东西 was not good as we left one of our 中木 at the station and did not realise that it was gone until everything ended.

Pictionary

Guides will play Pictionary using the objects found in the 配备. This allows the new Year 1s to bond and understand more about the activities we do in Guides as the Year 2s and 3s explain to them more about each object.

Reflection from a Year 3 in P5:

The last 集合, we had to play a game called "Pictionary" with our new Year 1s. We were all quite familiar with the game, as the rules are quite easy. The first person would be given an item from our 配备 and they would have to draw it in 30 seconds. Then, the drawing would be shown to the second person and they would have to draw based on what they saw and so on. Finally, the last person would be given 10 seconds to guess. This game serves as a fun way to introduce the items in our 配备 to the Year 1s as well as bond as a patrol. For our patrol, we got a 原子炉 as our first item. Although we managed to guess it, it was not very smooth sailing as the drawings were different. Then, we explained the uses of the 原子炉 to the Year 1s. For our second item, we got the First Aid Kit. This was relatively easy and we managed to pass through this very fast.

It was a very enjoyable experience as it is not something you do every day in Guides. Although we did face some difficulties, such as the drawings changing drastically from the start to the end, we still managed to get it right in the end. This activity also highlights the importance of communication as a message can change when it's been passed around so it is important to give clear instructions.

Hope everyone enjoyed today’s activities!

Skills Training, 10 February 2023

 Hi Guides!

For today’s 集合, we tied an Emergency Shelter and a Creative Structure that represented our patrol. Afterwards, we also had some Contingent Training.

Emergency Shelter

Emergency Shelter is a standard structure and the aim of this activity is to allow Guides to recap on their standard structures before the Year 1s come in while letting the Year 3s step up to lead their patrol.

Reflection by a Year 2 in P1:

On Friday, we were tasked to build an Emergency Shelter and build a Creative Gadgeting Structure within 35 minutes. First, we started building the Emergency Shelter. When we first 打进 the 木, we ended up putting it too close to the curb. Thus causing us to have to take it out and reposition the 木 again, and this caused us to lose some time. During 集合, we also had fewer people. So we faced some difficulties like not being able to 抽 without having the poncho fly off the 木, as there was no one to hold it down. However, we thought of the solution of having 2 people 抽 diagonally first while having someone hold the poncho down, to prevent it from getting blown away by the wind. We repeated that when 抽-ing the other 2 sides and in the end, we managed to successfully build an emergency shelter. One thing I feel like we could have improved on was our sense of urgency. As we ended up taking slightly over 15 minutes to build the Emergency Shelter, while the standard timing for building one is 10 minutes. Our patrol should have also better estimated the position to 打进 the 木 at first, which would have prevented us from spending more time building the Emergency Shelter. However, just like any other 集合, this activity allowed me to bond with my patrol mates and I was also able to revise how to build an Emergency Shelter.

Reflection by a Year 2 in P5:

While building the Emergency Shelter, we encountered quite a few problems. At first, we oriented the poncho in the wrong direction, as there was not enough space around it to secure the guidelines. After reorienting the structure, we still took a very long time to put up the shelter as we were unfamiliar with it. We also faced the poncho the wrong way around, with the knot facing upwards, which would result in water collecting in the poncho instead of flowing off of it as intended. Some of our guylines were not taut and we had to 重抽 them. Ultimately, we still managed to complete the structure, although there is still a lot of room for improvement.

One of the areas for improvement could be to familiarise ourselves with the structures to avoid wasting time doing them the wrong way or trying to figure out how to build them. I also think that familiarising ourselves with the standard structures could greatly improve our morale when building them as we are confident in what we are doing.

Secondly, we could have improved our sense of urgency while building the Emergency Shelter as doing so will allow us to complete structures a lot faster.

All in all, this was a very fruitful activity and I have learnt a lot of things from it. I also think that learning from this activity could greatly improve our hard and soft skills as a patrol, especially with the new Year 1s joining this Friday.

Reflection from a Year 3 in P2:

The last 集合, we built an Emergency Shelter, ES. I felt that our performance on ES was overall good since we improved a lot since the last 集合. We constantly cheered to improve our morale, tied relatively tight lashes, and accurately carried out the steps for ES, which an overview of it is to spread out the poncho on the grass, 打进 the two thick 中木 into the grass, have three pacings from each end of the poncho, 打进 the 青头s into the grass with 90 degrees angle, before 抽ing, and holding tension to tie the 白绳s to the 青头s. However, an improvement would be to 报时 more often. We only 报时 with the seniors prompting, and when we 报时, we could also speak louder for the whole 团 to hear. Moreover, as a Year 3, I felt that we could step up more to lead my patrol, and look at the bigger picture, instead of just tying lashes. In addition, I felt that we could have a better sense of urgency, as the standard timing for ES is 10 mins, but we took at least 15 mins to complete the ES. Yet, overall, it was a good achievement for our patrol, due to our constant cheering to boost morale, and we could improve on the stated points above in future 集合s.

Reflection by a Year 3 in P3:

On 10 February 集合, we started off with the building of an Emergency Shelter and Creative Gadgeting. We started off by collecting the necessary logistics, then laying the poncho out on the grass and placing the 中木 in the middle of it, so as to support the shelter and ensure it is taut. Then, we had to tie a knot at the poncho’s head, and then flip the poncho over so water would not enter through the knot. The usage of a waterproof poncho also ensures this, so that our logistics will not get wet. Once that was done, my patrol mate took 3 pacings from the edge of the tent, and I 打进-ed the 青头s. Afterwards, we got ready to 抽 on the count of 3. Initially, I was afraid 抽-ing too hard would rip the poncho, which was attached to the 白绳 by a 八字结. There were only 2 of us tying the Emergency Shelter, while the rest were in charge of the Creative Gadgeting to expedite the process. Furthermore, an Emergency Shelter should not take too long or require too many people, with a standard timing of 10 minutes. In the end, my patrol completed the Emergency Shelter first and quickly rushed back to help the others with the Creative Gadgeting.

Reflection by a Year 3 in P4:

On Friday we built an Emergency Shelter (ES) at the same time as a Creative Structure. We had quite little manpower to split between the two structures. At first, there were two of us working on the ES and one of us doing the Creative Structure, but we did not stay together and one person ended up getting kapped as a result. A few of our logistics also got taken away as we did not place them where we could keep an eye on them. This definitely taught us the importance of 照顾好人,照顾好东西 as there would be not enough manpower to finish if any of us got kapped. We did the first part of the ES with not much issue and started on the 抽ing of the poncho. However, there was a bit of miscommunication on this part and we ended up having to 重抽 it. I think we could improve our communication in our patrol so we can be more efficient and make sure everyone is clear about what to do. In the end, our ES was a little saggy, and I think we could have fixed it by making sure the poncho was taut and that the 中木 were farther from each other when being 打进.

Reflection by a Year 3 in P6:

For 集合 on Friday, we had done Emergency Shelter as one of the structures that we were instructed to do, the Creative Gadgeting structure being the other one. At first, we were unable to build the Emergency Shelter as all the patrols had forgotten to take 青头s, and had to send one person from each patrol to go and retrieve the 青头s we were missing. Other than this issue, my patrol was able to build the Emergency Shelter successfully. However, we had failed to notice a small hole in our poncho which was used for the structure, which would not be able to protect our logistics from the rain if there was an event of wet weather, which defeats the purpose of having an Emergency Shelter. Some of our logistics were also not fully inside the shelter, meaning that they would also get wet if there was rain. Overall, the structure was able to be built without any other issues other than those that were listed above, the structure could also have been done at a faster timing as the standard timing for Emergency Shelter is 10 mins but most patrols were unable to follow the standard timing as we were also building the Creative Gadgeting structure at the same time, we can try to work on this by going for lash training to ensure that our lashes are up to standard and that we are familiarised with all the standard structures that we would build.

Creative Structure

Guides had to build a Creative Structure that represents their patrol. This activity aims to allow Guides to express their creativity and improve their communication skills.

Reflection from a Year 2 in P2:

During Friday’s 集合, we were required to build a Creative Structure and also an Emergency Shelter. At first, it took us a long time to think of what we were building for the Creative Structure. We ended up deciding to build a quadpod with a '2' tied to it to represent our patrol. When we finally started, we took a long time to build the quadpod as it was either loose or 飞脚, hence it delayed the entire structure and we almost 过时. It also took us a while to get the Emergency Shelter started as we had a lack of manpower and did not work fast enough. During the session, our logistics and manpower kept getting kapped as we did not 照顾好人,照顾好东西. We also did not 报时 and cheer often which affected our patrol morale. From this activity, we learnt to 报时 more often, 照顾好人, 照顾好东西 and also tie our lash faster and tighter in future and also work faster. I think this activity was not very well done for our patrol and we could have done a lot better. Overall, I think the activity helped us become closer as a patrol and work on our communication and hard skills.

Reflection from a Year 2 in P4:

For Gadgeting this 集合, we were given 35 minutes to complete an Emergency Shelter and a Creative Structure that represents our patrol.

For our Creative Structure, at first, we were planning on making a clothes rack using two tripods and connecting them with a 中木. But because we were unaware and left one of the tripods at a place where we were unable to watch it, our tripod got kapped. As we were making it, our seniors almost kapped another of our logistics, our 白绳 box. That would have been bad for us as we had not finished one of our 顶脚s. Luckily, after our tripod had been kapped, we had become more aware of our surroundings and 照顾好人,照顾好东西 better and we asked for it back very quickly. But I think we could have done better by moving everything in front of us after we realised our structure had gotten kapped and we could not get it back.

I think next time, we can make our structure more creative instead of making a clothes hanger or a Shoe Rack with a 4 attached, to signify our patrol number, like what we always make.

I think considering our lack of manpower that day, we did pretty well, though I think we need to focus more on our tripod lashes and make sure we do them properly.

Reflection from a Year 2 in P6:

We had Contingent and Creative Gadgeting during 集合 last week. Before we mass changed into 半制  for Contingent, we did Creative Gadgeting, where we tied an Emergency Shelter and did a structure which was supposed to represent our patrol. We built 2 tripods, and connected them with 2 diagonal lashes to make an ‘M’ and used short half bamboos to make a ‘G’. We chose to make ‘M’ and ‘G’ as they are the first two alphabets of our patrol name, Morning Glory. Our lashes were quite tight but we feel that we could have tied them faster, within the standard timings for the lashes. We did not have a good sense of urgency and the seniors had to constantly remind us to 报时 and 照顾好人, 照顾好东西. Even though we placed our logistics under the Emergency Shelter, we did not place them properly. Some of the logistics were sticking out of the shelter and it defeats the purpose of placing them under the shelter as the main aim of doing so is to prevent them from getting wet. All in all, I think that we have to work with a greater sense of urgency to tie our lashes within the standard timing.

Reflection by a Year 3 in P1:

For the 集合on 10 February, we had to build an Emergency Shelter and complete a Creative Gadget that represents our patrol at the same time. For the Creative Gadget, our patrol thought and discussed it for a while while we were building the Emergency Shelter, and I gave a suggestion to build a gadget that has a flower that resembles our patrol flower attached to it. Everyone agreed with that idea, so we proceeded to work together and complete the structure. We managed to finish the Creative Gadget after asking for a few time extensions. I think that our patrol could have worked on our sense of urgency since the atmosphere felt a little relaxed and we definitely could have finished the structure before we asked for the time extensions if we had worked fast enough. We could have also done better by 照顾好人照顾好东西, as many of our logistics were taken by our seniors as we did not properly keep them in our sight. We should have shifted the logistics within our sight earlier so that they would not be taken away. One thing I thought my patrol did well, is that we maintained high morale throughout the 集合, and cheered constantly. We cheered each other’s names and enjoyed the process of building the creative gadget. Overall, I think the building of the creative gadget helped me practice my hard skills and reminded me of things to take note of during 集合s.

Reflection from a Year 3 in P3:

On 10 February, we had to build a Creative Gadget that represented our patrol. After collecting the logistics needed from 团部, we split ourselves into two groups. One group was to build the Emergency Shelter while the other group was to build the Creative Structure. I was in the group to build the Creative Structure. Since the group building the Emergency Shelter was not in our line of sight, we shifted nearer to them so that they would not be kapped. Next, we built a tripod and made 定脚s for it. We also made a diamond simultaneously, which was made out of 2 triangles. This was to symbolise how since a diamond is hard and tough, we are as resilient as one. A triangle also has 3 sides, which symbolises Patrol 3. We also attached the diamond in a way that the longest 木 used seemed like a backbone of the structure, which represents the Year 4s. The Year 3s were represented by the tripod while the Year 2s were represented by the 定脚s. This shows how we are dependent on each other as without a tripod, there would be no 定脚s and without 定脚s, a tripod would not be stable. Since we still had time, we did netting to show how we are closely bonded together as a patrol. The netting also provided a functional purpose as a shoe rack. We also attached 2 木 and crossed them, forming a triangle. This represents our road to success. Even though there are 2 paths, represented by the 2 木, they still end up at the same place. The cross in the 木 also symbolised how even though the path to success is not easy, we will make it there eventually. Throughout this activity, we also cheered more than 10 times, which I felt kept our morale high and we should do that target for future 集合 sessions. Overall, this activity definitely bonded our patrol closer together and was very fun.

Reflection from a Year 3 in P6:

During Friday's 集合, we had to work together as a patrol to brainstorm on a Creative Gadgeting Structure. We had to bring our structure to life with the help of the necessary logistics that we needed. For our structure, we wanted to come up with something that symbolised our patrol spirit and sisterhood. Hence, we first decided to tie a tripod. However, we felt that we could have a greater sense of urgency and we could have 报时 more while tying the tripod lash as we had taken quite a long time to finish up the lash. After finishing up the tripod, we had to tie the 定脚s. After the 定脚s were completed, we then decided to make a roman numeral five (V) with two short half bamboos. We then hung up our Patrol Identity onto the tripod. Furthermore, we continued to tie two 中木s to one of the tripod's 定脚 before continuing to tie three short half bamboos onto the structure. We used this to symbolise a ladder, showing that our patrol always believes in reaching the top. We also added netting onto the ladder and left a big gap between the ladder and the tripod. The netting was to symbolise how each and every one of our patrol members would be there for us and catch us when we fall. The big gap between the ladder and the tripod was also to show how our patrol members are always willing to trust each other and take a leap of faith to succeed. There was a very high sense of patrol morale and we also learnt how to communicate more effectively. Lastly, we also learnt how to 照顾好人,照顾好东西 better.

Hope everyone got to recap on their standard structures and had fun!
