Hello!

My first post here. A call to the other guides! Update regularly and help to maintain this site okay! Spread to as many guides as possible about the existance of this website!

Last Friday (18/8), we had guides jihe. Roll call was exercised and next was coursework. For the sec3s, we did a research on ASEAN and later presented our findings. According to Mrs Chin, this kind of general knowledge is useful and essential, especially if we want to participate for the President Guide Award as there is such a segment as "General Knowledge" too.

Next was PT. We led the Sec2s for their PT for the first time. We did warmups, instruct them on the correct method of breathing and started the activity on broken telephone line. The first message was way too long with alot of numerical values, hence, the sec2s had to do punishment by running 2 rounds around zheng xin yuan. We continued with this activity with a short message and finally the message was passed correctly. We then proceeded on to circuits. After which the PT ended.

Patrol corner, a time used for patrol time and well, so-called patrol bonding. P1 teamed up with P3 and we took pacings, followed by a series of "the challenge of the uniforms" -.- A short talk about hike with the patrol was followed up and dismissal time was up.

A brief briefing (LOL!) was carried out by Vanessa and the PS(es) regarding hike. And it's on this coming Sat! It will be at Bukit Timah. So, an advanced JIAYOU and GOOD LUCK to all patrols! Swallow your notes well and digest them properly! And be mentally and physically prepared!
