Hello guides,
We had roll call, followed by prize presentation, evaluation and patrol corner for friday's jihe.

Some of the year twos were pumped during roll call as they were new to roll call and did not really get the importance of it. As for the year 3s, we should take pride of our attire at all times in guides and also to set a good example for our juniors.

During the prize presentation, Ms Ngau presented the awards to the camp challenge participants, we won many awards and the whole company rejoiced with loud and overwhelming cheers.

Next up, we had evaluations by the year 4s. They commented on our performance this year and what we should aim to improve on. I am sure that everyone of us reflected and learned something during that session.

For my patrol's patrol corner we started off by building 2 fire altars we chose the wrong mu and in the end they were quite short however it was rather stable. Shortly after, we had 8 minutes to mass change into guides u and our patrol managed to keep within the time limit. Later we were given 6 mins to change back, and again all of us managed to keep within the time limit as all of us helped each other and bao-shi consistently.

After that, we were punished for our mistakes we did while building the fire altar, as one of our mu was being taken away by the seniors, also we did not check our logistics properly even though there was ample time and we did not take enough bai sheng.

Lastly, we had a combined patrol corner with p4 and p8 and we played Blow Wind Blow. It was very fun as we got to know everyone better :)
In all, we had a meaningful day bonding with the patrol and we must definitely remember what the year 4s told us for us to avoid making the same mistakes next time. Jiayou, we can do it!

Love guides :)
