Hi Guides!
This morning, we 集合-ed at 0700 at the parade square in our Guides uniform, ready to form the contingent for World Thinking Day. Along with the Guides were also the Young Adults Chapter, Crane Scouts troupe and Ventures, though for the Scouts, WTD is known to them as Founder's Day.
After flag-raising, we renewed our Guides Promise and had a Company photo-taking along with the Scouts before returning to our classes for lessons.
On this day, we had to wear our uniform throughout the day until flag-lowering, and 敬礼 to the Scouters, Guiders, Ventures, YAs and seniors if we bumped into them. If we met our batch mates, we would then do the left-hand shake as a sign of friendship.:)
At 1345, we 集合-ed back to the parade square for flag-lowering. When we meet tomorrow again for 集合, we would be meeting our Year 1s who would finally join us for Thinking Day Celebrations!:D Look forward to the activities planned:))
