Today the sec 2s to sec 4s did an activity for the environmentalist badge and also practised rope-throwing, for the boatswain badge together with foot drills.

During the activity for the environmentalist badge, we were to sew a pouch, tissue holder, pencil case, etc. using recycled materials. Most of the groups were not able to complete their work with some exceptions. Coy 1 did this activity until 4.05pm when the two coys swopped their positions and Coy 1 was to practise rope-throwing.

Rope-throwing practice was a to train us for the kayaking course as it is one of the component tested. After rope-throwing, we had Patrol Corner when the sec 1s finally get together with their seniors after their PT. For Patrol 4, we had a mini PT session and it was quite fun.

Sadly, Patrol Corner was the last activity we had to end off the day. It was quite a pity as today was also the last day of school in this term.
The sec 2s are having one-star kayaking course the next day and wish them all the best!!!

Jiayous :D

Lots of love,
sister guide
